Responsibilities
- Creating customer orders into system
- Update and track all pickups and deliveries
- Count the inventory cycle
- Coordinate and communicate with warehouse teams (order correction, preparation of referrals as well as internal transfers and those to the customer)
- Coordinate and communicate with the logistics team and the night dispatcher
- Ensure that charges are communicated to customers and billed accordingly
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing prompt turnaround time
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve total satisfaction
- Update the reference tools for transfers and transactions daily
- Entering data for shipping and receiving in TruckMate management (TMS)
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information
- Deal with complaints, propose appropriate solutions and alternatives within a reasonable timeframe; follow up to ensure resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehousing sector, preferable 3PL industry
- Knowledge of imports or exports
- Bilingual (french and english)
- Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail
- Customer service oriented
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft office, PC Miller and Truckmate (Asset).
