Responsibilities
-Use a human-centered approach to improve our services and experiences.
-Lead the design process from discovery to delivery for several mobile application projects.
-Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand problems and co-create solutions.
-Inform our strategy and innovation efforts by analyzing customer and business needs.
-Synthesize research data to formulate recommendations and creative solutions.
-Communicate design decisions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
-Produce CX/UX artifacts such as customer journeys, user flows, and wireframes.
-Collaborate with the user research team to plan and facilitate co-creation workshops.
-Develop prototypes to test and validate solutions.
-Advocate for user-centric and data-driven design.
Qualifications
-At least 8 years of experience in creating digital solutions.
-Portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and experience in mobile app design.
-Ability to solve complex problems and connect business and user needs.
-Expertise in usability, user-centered design, and design thinking practices.
-Proficiency in design tools (Figma, etc.).
-Bilingualism (French and English) to interact with colleagues across the country.
-Ability to present ideas to senior management.
