As a Test Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and control testing activities to ensure quality deliverables that align with business transformation goals. You will work closely with stakeholders, manage test strategies, and lead defect resolution while maintaining transparency and governance throughout the testing lifecycle.

Planning & Coordination:

Prepare environments, test data, and execution schedules.
Facilitate defect triages and stakeholder alignment.
Governance & Execution:
Ensure test traceability, coverage, and alignment with business goals.
Create and maintain test artifacts and documentation.
Monitor quality benchmarks and define testing goals.
Stakeholder Management:
Align stakeholders on test scope and objectives.
Facilitate communication between domestic, offshore, and onshore teams.
Defect & Handover Management:
Manage defect triage processes to resolution.
Ensure a seamless handover to production support teams.
Qualifications
Skills and Expertise
Proven experience in test management within large, complex programs.
Expertise in SAP rollouts (O2C, R2R, P2P).
Familiarity with Jira and Zephyr.
Background in Retail, Purchasing, or Accounting domains.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including leading large forums and driving alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in risk-based testing strategies.
Ability to manage diverse teams across multiple countries.
