* Base Salary 58K
* Exceptional incremental commission plan (you should be wanting to hear this one) plus additional annual bonus (anywhere between 7500 - 8500)

Responsibilities
* Solid knowledge of metalworking tools and products, along with excellent relationship-building and account prospecting skills
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding set sales targets using strong closing skills and techniques
* Effective negotiation and account prospecting skills, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
* The ability to identify customer needs and offer customized solutions, along with creative problem-solving skills
Qualifications
* Industry knowledge is critical. Needs to have 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the Industrial Distribution, Servicing manufacturing customers, Metalworking knowledge
* Needs to be from the e Guelph / Cambridge / Kitchener Area
* Needs to have experience selling to end users
