Responsibilities
The Technology Lead, Data Access Management will work closely with the Director of Data Access Governance and
other members of the team to lead and support the technical implementations (design, build, test, deploy and support),
guide the team in technical challenges and solutions, work with leaders and other technology teams to help achieve
program milestones. The candidate will also be involved to provide inputs in the ongoing journey in defining and
implementing the product strategy, manage product, and sustain the Data Access Governance services to support
Our client needs.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be required to have the below requirements:
Experience in implementation and execution of data discovery, classification, access, monitoring, governance
tools and business process realization for enterprises.
Experience working with a variety of data sources, such as on prem systems (file shares, Mainframes, databases,
etc.), SaaS solutions (Salaesforce, ServiceNow, etc.), Cloud Hyper scalars (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), custom
solutions, etc.
Experience and extensive knowledge on Data Access Management Lifecycle (identification, certification,
remediation, analytics & reporting, etc.) processes and implementation of the use cases.
Strong Knowledge of different Data Governance standards (PIPEDIA, GDPR, DCAM, Federal and Provincial Data
Governance requirements)
Understand and experience in implementing Data Governance capabilities such as data quality, metadata
management, access remediation, access governance, and relevant standards.
Expert knowledge of data protection and information governance principles
Participate and contribute to data source identification, data mapping, functional and detail design, support and
guide the team in implementation.
Innovates to enhance and/or develop new mechanisms to streamline and improve data access within the
enterprise.
