Responsibilities
Translate requirements into solutions and ensure deliverables conform to design for all aspects (architecture lead):
System: functional and non-functional requirements, development, component selection and reuse, integration.
Technological: technical requirements, new design approaches (e.g., cloud, mobility), security, performance, availability.
Organizational: processes, change management, functional specifications, legal and regulatory obligations.
Provide leadership in solution governance reviews and propose, review, and approve architectural decisions.
Ensure the integration of the solution into affected ecosystems to minimize potential issues.
Ensure the integrity and quality of the solution from design to delivery, including supervision and validation of requirements against test results.
Provide multidisciplinary leadership within the solution delivery team and external collaborators.
Contribute to project success by facilitating the management of schedules, scope, and budget.
Maintain traceability of architectural decisions and certify project technical documents.
Ensure the application of the organization's methodological approach and architectural process.
Collaborate with the enterprise architecture team to evolve and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
Act as the application manager within the enterprise repository to ensure the accuracy of information.
Conduct ongoing monitoring of architectural trends that comply with corporate standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, software engineering, mathematics, or a relevant equivalent.
12 years of experience in information technology, including 7 years in architecture across various projects and organizations.
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams, consisting of internal and external resources.
Ability to manage multiple complex dimensions simultaneously.
Excellent communication and simplification skills.
Advanced negotiation skills and conflict resolution abilities.
High tolerance for ambiguity, uncertainty, and frequent changes.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
Experience in designing high-volume, high-availability applications and systems.
Knowledge of key strategic technologies in information technology.
Experience with SDLC, DevOps, Agile methodologies, MVP, LEAN, and ITIL.
Knowledge of the financial services and insurance sector considered an asset.
Experience in digital transformation and large-scale projects considered an asset.
Intermediate English proficiency for working with unilingual English-speaking partners.

The contract is renewable.
