Solution Architect/Consultant

The ideal Candidate Profile:

1-2 years of experience as a Solution Architect, preferably with a background in development and a solid understanding of data transformation and composition.
Strong experience with ETL tools or Azure ADF and familiarity with API integration.
Hands-on experience in large-scale projects, particularly in the financial industry, with a keen ability to abstract complex technical concepts.
Expertise in agile methodologies and process improvement.
Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating with sales, stakeholders, and IT teams.
Strong pre-sales experience, including assisting in product development and client engagement.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Lead solution architecture from inception to completion for projects related to CCX and DMS platforms.
Collaborate with presales teams to engage with new and existing clients, providing technical guidance and solution estimations.
Work closely with the development manager to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Drive process improvements and oversee the integration of new technologies, including API integration and data migration.
Utilize Quadient, OpenText Exstream, Dialogue, Kofax Total Agility (KTA), Tungsten, and Azure Data Factory for document composition and workflow automation.
Focus on data transformation, digitization, and loading data across systems, ensuring efficient data flow and security.
Leverage your experience in privacy and information security to address challenges related to sensitive data and system security.
Participate in client engagement, new requests, change requests, and development of new builds.


Job Duties:
•    Provide business solutions and solution oriented consulting to the sales team to assist with
the acquisition of new business, with a focus on existing products and
capabilities. Build and deliver sales demos. 
•    Create and deliver Solution Overview, Process Flow, Client Sales Presentations, etc. 
•    Define/create business solution (in the form of Solution overview, process flow chart, client
demos, etc.). 
•    Constantly engage with architects and business partners to ensure the team is up to
speed/involved with what is in flight including new future technology business opportunities.
Product ideation, brainstorming, and high-level production solution building with and for the
Product Owners to support the growth and stability of new or existing products.
•    Seek opportunities to improve existing products for cost reduction, enhance operational
excellence, etc. Build high level product solutions and own the end-to-end solution. 
•    Analyze client issues and use design thinking principles to come up with proposed business
solution. Participate in design thinking sessions and share ideas. 
•    Develop client demos and attend meetings to understand Client’s requirements/issues/pain
points and provide expert advice to satisfy the needs of our clients.


Qualifications
Experience:
6-9 years 
Skills: 
•    Technical skills relevant to function.
•    Experience working with methodologies (SDLC, Agile, ITIL, etc.). 
•    Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities (dealing with the different levels of
the organization). 
•    Good understanding of technologies and business practices related to financial services. 
•    Good written and verbal communication skills. 
•    Industry and/or Line of business specific knowledge. 
•    Knowledge of analytical techniques (Competitive & Benchmarking Analysis,
Stakeholder Analysis, Cost Benefit Analysis, Gap Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, SWOT
Analysis, etc.).

Key Technologies & Tools:

Document Composition: Quadrient, OpenText Exstream, Dialogue, Kofax Total Agility (KTA), Tungsten.
Cloud & Data Tools: Azure Data Factory, ETL services.
API Integration: Experience in API integration and understanding of data transmission between systems.
Security & Privacy: Background in privacy and information security, with knowledge of data protection measures.
