We are looking for a great Service Manager to become part of a great team in Mississauga. This company is rapidly growing, and is a full-service supplier of power systems!
In this role, you’ll be a very important part of the team and day-to-day operation of the company. You’ll need to be able to think on your feet and juggle multiple priorities seamlessly. You’ll be spending your time dealing with clients and helping them get the parts, service, and repairs that they need!
If you have worked as a service coordinator or service manager for a similar company we want to hear from you!
Advantages
Salary range starting at 55k, but would be more if you have industry experience!
Monday- Friday work week
Hours of work between 8am-430pm
Benefits after 3 months of service
Vacation (2+ weeks to start)
Accessible to public transit or parking available
Great work environment, Casual dress code
Responsibilities
Set up service calls with customers
Answer all customer inquiries via phone and email
Generate work orders, and follow up with customers to ensure prompt and proper service
Help ensure products are available and shipped in a timely manner
Recommend products, troubleshoot, and help generate more business
Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship building skills is required
Experience in the industrial power industry would be a big plus
Software: Quickbooks; MS office
Excellent communication skills
