Responsibilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
• Handle internal user requests
• Participate in incident resolution and provide operational support related to the IT infrastructure
• Prepare, maintain, and upgrade IT equipment
• Manage user accounts (new accounts, licenses, access management, etc.)
• Participate in various IT projects
• Set up and configure computers for employees
• Participate in the continuous improvement of IT processes
Qualifications
You have the following skills:
• A DEP or DEC in IT with a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate technical support, or any other combination of training and experience deemed relevant
• Organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
• A keen interest in user support
• Knowledge of the Mac environment (asset)
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and M365
• Networking experience (TCP/IP, VPN)
• Bilingualism (spoken/written) in French and English
