Responsibilities
• Design and develop AMANDA (Granicus) folders, processes, and checklists for permitting and licensing services.
• Create Oracle PLSQL stored procedures, functions, and other database solutions.
• Deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize AMANDA solutions running on Apache Tomcat application servers.
• Recommend, design, and implement innovative features to enhance platform performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and updates.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across project streams.
• Support the digitization of applications for Urban Planning, Design, and Real Estate Land Development.
Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven 2+ years of recent experience with AMANDA enterprise software for permitting or licensing services (mandatory).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle databases (mandatory).
• Expertise with Apache Tomcat application server configuration.
• Experience implementing complex business processes in government, public sector, or regulated environments.
