Responsibilities
Ensure effective daily communication with internal partners, managers, scrum masters, performance analysts, and IT portfolio managers.
Organize and facilitate planning, tracking, and feedback events involving various management levels and stakeholders.
Regularly share transparent overall progress updates.
Contribute to risk, issue, and blocker management surrounding deliveries and define necessary action plans.
Establish resource and cost forecasts, including contributions from change management experts.
Implement and monitor the change and deployment strategy for solution delivery.
Lead the 'Growth Hub' program initiatives in collaboration with functional and technological delivery teams.
Manage multiple teams and ensure adherence to agreed guidelines and high-value business priorities.
Support and coach the program's scrum masters in their daily activities.
Qualifications
Excellent proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, for effective interactions with bilingual colleagues and partners.
In-depth experience in the customer data domain, including CLV, MDM, and collaboration with data scientists.
Capacity to work autonomously, with proactivity and administrative rigor.
Proven expertise in project management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 3 years supervising project managers in a program context.
Ability to navigate complex political environments and think strategically, with a solution-oriented and continuous improvement mindset.
Demonstrated expertise in large-scale programs within the financial services sector.
In-depth knowledge and experience using planning and tracking tools.
Exceptional negotiation skills, conflict management, and proven leadership.

This role, with a 6-month renewable term, requires strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing complex projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating functional and technological teams while ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders. The possibility of contract renewal is to be discussed with the hiring manager.
