Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging teams to propose innovative ideas and implementing mechanisms to test them quickly.
Facilitate workshops to identify needs, define solutions, and train teams on new methodologies and tools.
Use AI-based project management tools to analyze trends, anticipate challenges, and optimize resources.
Establish performance indicators to measure progress and ensure the quality of work.
Advise and support priority projects in adopting best practices in project management to adapt quickly to changes.
Propose optimization and automation solutions to improve project performance, quality, and efficiency.
Conduct diagnostics to identify improvement actions that promote efficient execution of priority projects.
Maintain strategic monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and risks to inform decision-making.
Implement acceleration processes and tools to reduce project completion times.
Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in project management and digital transformation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
Excellent knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written.
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile, SaFe, Scrum, Waterfall.
Knowledge of collaborative platforms and change management tools.
Exceptional adaptability and ability to simplify complex concepts.
Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) and digital transformation (asset).
Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain) and the insurance and financial services industry (asset).
