We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Change & Enablement to join our Business and Client Services (BCS) team within Capital Markets. In this leadership role, you will drive key employee enablement initiatives, oversee strategic communications, and manage the execution of our Employee Change Management strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with BCS senior leadership and key HR stakeholders to build and execute a comprehensive People Enablement plan.

Responsibilities
- Execute and manage the BCS Employee Enablement strategy and implement strategies to grow and enhance the BCS Engagement Program.
- Support the design, development, and execution of the BCS Employee Experience Program.
- Develop, Oversee and manage BCS's communication plan, acting as the central point of contact for all communication needs.
- Utilize various communication channels (e.g., emails, newsletters, employee profiles, success stories) to engage and inform employees.
- Maintain and build out the BCS Connect site, driving engagement through regular updates and posts.
- Plan and organize employee events such as town halls, open houses, roundtables, panels, and innovation challenges.
- Provide daily oversight and guidance to the Business & Initiatives Analyst and Employee Enablement Associate.
- Execute and oversee the BCS Employee Change Management strategy, including leadership alignment and communications.
Identify and manage change impacts, creating appropriate mitigation plans and escalating risks as needed.
- Support operational readiness plans, including the development of success metrics and ensuring successful execution.
- Develop and implement the BCS Future of Work Strategy, including workforce transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with diverse stakeholder groups on workforce transformation topics.
- Create and implement programs to develop current staff and attract early talent, in collaboration with learning and development.
- Plan and execute BCS Town Halls, SLT Global Forums, offsite events, transformation events, and employee recognition programs.
- Lead and manage the BCS Global Performance Program, working with BCS OC Delegates for all regions.
- Oversee and execute the end-of-year Performance Gala and manage global year-end promotions processes.
- Manage the action planning process for the yearly Employee Engagement Survey (EES) and oversee related action items.
- Drive and execute events with senior leadership and staff to support employee engagement and organizational priorities.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience in communications, employee enablement, change management, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience managing teams or people, with a proven ability to guide and develop team members.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Word, Outlook, and content management systems. Strong working knowledge of email communication tools.
- Excellent communication skills (writing and editing skills)
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Familiarity with RBC’s organizational structure and prior experience with RBC.
- A University Degree is required. Completion of RBC-related Change Management courses is preferred.
- Experience with SharePoint and Tableau.
