• Translate complex concepts into engaging, clear, and accessible content aligned with adult learning principles.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract and organize content-specific knowledge.
• Design and develop multi-modal, fully accessible learning solutions, including instructor-led (classroom/virtual), self-paced eLearning, and performance support materials.
• Ensure alignment with brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and principles of diversity and inclusion while managing risks, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Apply industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance instructional design and development processes.
• Provide thought leadership in program evaluation and instructional design while mentoring team members.
• Effectively prioritize and manage multiple deadlines within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks, maintaining a focus on organizational interests and controls.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer/Developer, with expertise in financial industry projects.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Qualtrics for designing and analyzing learning evaluations.
• Educational background in Instructional Design or Adult Learning (certificate or equivalent).
• Advanced skills in creating high-quality, fully accessible deliverables across various modalities (e.g., instructor-led, eLearning, videos).
• Proficiency in developing eLearning with Articulate 360 and creating videos using tools like Adobe Suite, Camtasia, and Vyond.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Word).
Preferred Skills:
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills across all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables with precision and efficiency.
• Deep understanding of instructional design methodologies, program evaluation, and emerging learning technologies.
