Responsibilities
- Generate management reports detailing income statements and perform analytical assessments of costs and revenues.
- Conduct monthly budget variance analyses to promote operational efficiency and control costs.
- Contribute to the development of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and all interim financial reporting (weekly & monthly).
- Support benchmarking initiatives across various divisions within the company.
- Ensure consistent cost calculation methods and performance indicators across all plants.
- Create 3-dimensional profitability analyses to pinpoint strategic focus areas.
- Facilitate business planning related to acquisitions, make-or-buy decisions, and new investments.
- Coordinate performance data for incentive systems utilizing SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
- Identify opportunities for procedural enhancements while maintaining strong control measures.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- CPA designation or currently pursuing CPA credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a cost analysis role
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting techniques, financial statement analysis, and projection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
