• Campaign Analysis & Reporting:
- Provide ongoing and ad-hoc analysis to support direct marketing strategies for credit card acquisition and retention programs.
- Evaluate campaign performance using methodologies like test vs. control and A/B testing to assess client behavior and outcomes.
- Deliver detailed post-campaign analyses and insights at portfolio and channel levels.
• Business Insights:
- Conduct deep-dive analytics to generate actionable insights that help the Cards team achieve strategic goals.
- Create cardholder journey narratives and presentations for Senior Management, including monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a consultant to cross-functional teams and multiple card stakeholders, providing analytics and addressing ad-hoc requests.
- Communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and impact.
• Agile Collaboration:
- Operate as part of an Agile POD infrastructure, contributing to the team’s collaborative efforts to meet fast-paced deliverables.
- Inform and update team members and leaders on relevant developments in a timely manner.
Challenges of the Role:

Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in a consultative, data analysis-focused role (8+ years in a BA role preferred).
• Proven experience in the credit card industry (banking or financial services).
• Proficiency in handling and synthesizing large datasets from multiple sources.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and statistical analysis techniques.
• Hands-on experience working with multiple stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile teams or environments.
• Expertise in SQL and/or SAS.
• Experience with digital analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
Key Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to present complex data and insights clearly and concisely.
