Responsibilities
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in a growing manufacturing company.
This strategic position combines 30% FP&A (financial planning and analysis) with 70% accounting, allowing you to be at the crossroads between financial strategy and accounting operations.
FP&A (30%)
- Develop accurate financial forecasts to support the growth strategy.
- Analyze financial and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize budget planning and forecasting.
Accounting (70%)
- Oversee and manage monthly and quarterly closings.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
- Perform detailed gap and trend analyses.
- Provide innovative solutions to optimize accounting processes.
Qualifications
- CPA designation obtained, a must have
- At least 3 years of experience in external audit or general accounting
- Strong technical understanding of accounting and financial reporting
- Excellent command of Excel (Lookup, Pivot Tables)
- Bilingualism (oral and written)
