As a SME SAP Functional Consultant - R2R, you will work with country teams to drive the adoption of the BOT Core template processes and solutions. You will collaborate with process leads, IT teams, and system integrators to ensure that finance and procurement processes are implemented efficiently and effectively, with a focus on process design, business impact assessments, and change management. You will also support the business through testing, training, and post-rollout activities such as Hypercare.

Responsibilities
Template Rollout & Process Support
Support the rollout of BOT Core processes for finance and procurement activities to the cluster countries.
Lead fit-gap analysis to identify gaps in the BOT Core template and collaborate with country teams to document and design solutions.
Provide input to Business Requirement Documents for approved gaps and submit them for review.
Change Management & Impact Assessments
Contribute to the Change & Communications Plan, addressing impacts, preparing communications, and defining workarounds.
Assist in change impact assessments, focusing on how changes will affect processes, people, and systems.
Provide first-level input into FSDs/ TSDs and configuration rationale.
Training, Testing, and Hypercare Support
Educate country project teams on BOT Core processes, solutions, and supporting tools.
Support Business Validation (UAT) by providing test scenarios, execution support, and preparing the country teams.
Assist in cutover planning and execution (limited involvement).
Provide ongoing Hypercare support, resolving incidents, and running post-deployment operations.
Project and Stakeholder Management
Act as a bridge between country teams, GBO resources, and central teams to ensure alignment and process adoption.
Provide guidance and clarification on process and operating model concerns.
Support knowledge transfer to trainers and review training materials.
Qualifications
SAP Implementation & Process Management:
Experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation and a good understanding of finance and procurement processes.
Finance & Procurement Expertise:
Strong knowledge of Fi/CO SAP sub-processes (GL/AP/AR/AA/CO/PS) and SAP FICO-MM, FICO-PS, and FICO-SD integration.
Project Systems Knowledge:
Experience in project systems modules and managing processes in real estate environments, third-party systems (like Unifier), and facility management accounting.
Strong Analytical & Communication Skills:
Ability to understand complex processes and simplify them for business teams. Strong presentation and facilitation skills to drive alignment.
Change Management:
Experience in managing change and communication plans during process and system rollouts.
Resilient & Collaborative: A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and influence stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Key Experience
7+ years of experience in finance and procurement processes and solutions.
Proven expertise in SAP FICO modules and integrations, with experience in cost allocation, distribution, and advance payments.
Experience with Blackline, Concur, and other third-party tools is a plus.
Experience working within program environments and managing large-scale SAP transformations.
