•Business Requirements: Gather business requirements, understand business processes, and assess needs to provide effective solutions.

•Implementation Projects: Lead or participate in Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.

Qualifications
•Experience:
o6+ years of demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
•Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (required), Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (preferred).
•Skills:
oStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
oProficiency in customizing and developing on Salesforce (Lightning Web Components, Apex).
oExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
oExperience in data management, security, and governance.
oAbility to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
oStrong communication skills for training and knowledge transfer.
