Responsibilities
•Design, implement, and maintain large-scale Adobe AEM applications, dynamic forms, and workflow processes
•Integrate Adobe AEM with systems such as Oracle Siebel, IBM Curam, and other COTS platforms
•Provide technical architecture leadership, including interface definitions and system layering
•Execute and manage tasks related to XSLT, XQuery, and XPath transformations
•Conduct systems analysis, develop application models, and define reusable components
•Create and present detailed functional and technical requirements
•Support software development lifecycle using Agile and J2EE frameworks
•Maintain and optimize application performance and ensure compliance with architecture standards
Qualifications
•Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with Adobe AEM development and integration
•Extensive experience with Adobe LiveCycle suite (Forms, Output, Digital Signature, Rights Management)
•Proficiency in Unix, Shell scripting, XML/XSD, XSL, HTML5, JavaScript, and related tools
•Skilled in version control tools like Subversion or CVS
•Experience with Oxygen XSLT IDE or similar tools for transformation debugging
•Proven understanding of J2EE architecture and multi-tier system design
•Familiarity with Agile methodologies and source code management
•Public sector experience and understanding of transfer payment processes is an asset.
