Responsibilities
•Deliver Microsoft Dynamics CE and F&O training to both technical and non-technical users
•Develop training materials in various formats, including digital and written
•Conduct training needs assessments and design tailored training solutions
•Create storyboards and digital content from technical and business sources
•Facilitate interactive, inclusive, and accessible training sessions
•Ensure content aligns with accessibility standards (AODA)
•Provide knowledge transfer through documentation and walkthroughs
•Design training content using plain language and user-centered principles
Qualifications
•Demonstrated experience delivering technical and product training
•Practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CE and F&O
•Skilled in eLearning authoring and instructional design
•Proficiency in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, and MS Office Suite
•Strong communication and facilitation abilities for both in-person and virtual delivery
•Familiarity with accessibility standards (AODA)
•Ability to interpret technical documentation and create role-based training
