Responsibilities
•Design and develop Cognos reports, dashboards, and business models
•Maintain and support Panorama Enhanced Analytic Reporting (PEAR)
•Perform ETL using Informatica and optimize data queries
•Conduct performance tuning and audit reporting
•Ensure AODA compliance in all reporting artifacts
•Provide impact analysis and solution design for system upgrades
•Troubleshoot issues, support end users, and manage data integrity
•Collaborate with QA teams and maintain CI practices
Qualifications
•10+ years of experience with Cognos 11.x (reporting, dashboards, Query Studio)
•Expertise in Cognos administration and AODA compliance
•Strong skills in Informatica ETL and Oracle RDBMs (19c)
•Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JSON, and Unix/Linux scripting
•Experience in data modeling, BI, and performance optimization
•Familiarity with version control tools like GitLab/SVN and issue tracking (Jira)
•CI/CD and DevOps practices, API handling, HL7/FHIR knowledge a plus
