Responsibilities
•Lead design, deployment, and sustainment of the OIAM 12C environment.
•Research and implement patches, updates, and security enhancements for IAM solutions.
•Serve as the technical lead for Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), and related tools.
•Analyze business requirements to propose IAM technical solutions and process improvements.
•Manage firewall rules, security certificates, and federated authentication services.
•Design and execute proof-of-concept (POC) testing for IAM features and enhancements.
•Identify, escalate, and mitigate technical risks and issues while ensuring system stability and security.
•Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams
Qualifications
•Identity & Access Management (IAM) Expertise – 10+ years sustaining IAM systems, including Oracle IAM Suite Plus (4+ years preferred in OIAM 12C).
•Enterprise Application Sustainment – 10+ years managing Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebSphere, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle DB, Linux, and Windows-based applications.
•Incident & Problem Management – Proven troubleshooting and issue resolution experience with IAM-related problems.
•Security & Compliance Knowledge – Understanding of PKI, SSL, ITIL processes (Service Level, Problem, Change, Release, and Capacity Management).
•Quality Assurance & Change Management – Experience with QA methodologies, automated testing tools, and deployment best practices.
•Process Documentation & Reporting – Ability to provide technical documentation, risk analysis, and progress reports.
