•Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies for high-sensitivity data assets.
•Architect API-centric and microservices-based solutions for enhanced system interoperability.
•Lead Siebel CRM implementations, including OpenUI design, Oracle Policy Automation, and Customer Hub integration.
•Conduct performance tuning and optimization for Siebel and Oracle DBMS applications.
•Manage Siebel upgrade cycles, including release strategies and production support.
•Facilitate requirements gathering and agile design sessions with business and IT teams.
•Provide strategic recommendations for enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, and security policies.
•Work closely with corporate security, privacy, and IT governance teams to ensure compliance.
•Drive Agile architectural governance supporting cross-functional development and operational teams.
Qualifications
•15+ years of experience with Siebel CRM, including architectural modeling, integration, and governance.
•15+ years of experience with Oracle DBMS, covering database design, PL/SQL development, and performance tuning.
•10+ years of cloud-based implementation experience across IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS platforms.
•7+ years of experience in cloud security architecture, ensuring risk mitigation for high-sensitivity data assets.
•Extensive experience with Azure Cloud services, including Azure API Management, Azure SQL Server, Data Lake, DevOps, and Cosmos.
•Proficiency in RESTful API (J2EE), Spring Boot, WebLogic Server, and Azure App Services.
•Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, managing relationships with corporate security, architecture, privacy, and development teams.
