Responsibilities

•Ensure timely delivery of IT solutions while managing scope, resources, and budgets.
•Engage stakeholders through effective communication, reporting, and steering committee participation.
•Oversee product testing, deployment, and iterative improvements using user-centered design principles.
•Guide enterprise IT frameworks, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
•Project Management Expertise: 10+ years managing enterprise IT projects, including scope, risk, and resource management.
•Technical Knowledge: Experience with Oracle databases, Unix (Solaris, AIX, Linux), Windows Server, WebLogic, and IIS Web Servers.
•Agile & Scrum Mastery: Experience leading agile teams, backlog management, and sprint execution.
•Collaboration Tools: Proficiency in JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Atlassian tools.
•Stakeholder Management: Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to engage executives and teams.
