Responsibilities
•Lead large-scale I&IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery.
•Provide strategic direction for cybersecurity platforms and infrastructure technology projects.
•Oversee Microsoft E5 security enablement and Entra ID/IAM services implementation.
•Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
•Facilitate collaboration between project teams, IT services, and executive stakeholders.
•Lead cross-functional teams, including OPS unionized employees and fee-for-service (FFS) consultants.
•Establish and participate in steering committee and stakeholder forums.
•Provide project, program, and portfolio reporting to senior executives.
•Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and integrated plans.
•Monitor and forecast project costs to ensure budgetary control.
•Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively before they escalate.
•Promote adherence to I&IT standards, best practices, and IT security frameworks.
Qualifications
•Extensive experience in IT project management, leading large-scale and high-risk projects.
•Strong knowledge of cybersecurity initiatives, including IAM services and Microsoft E5 security enablement.
•Expertise in strategic planning, business analysis, and budget management.
•Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Sprints, Backlog management, and User Stories.
•Experience in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and executive reporting.
•Knowledge of ITIL processes, infrastructure security, and regulatory compliance standards.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
