Responsibilities/Assignment Deliverables:
Technical Leadership, coordination, and facilitation as required for the RLSO Maintenance and Support tasks.
Collaborate with RLSO solution vendor, project teams, solution architects, SDC/ITS, LTC IAST staff and third parties engaged to facilitate agreement on and acceptance of the solution for RLSO technical issues or enhancements.

Provide technical support coordination for QA and UAT testing, including engagement of IAST, Data MoD, RLSO support teams
Provide support for cloud pipeline management and deployment support
Contribute to the completion of deliverables (such as requirements document, solution concept document, infrastructure build) for RLSO support and Maintenance activities.
Lead the completion of the desktop package certification and installation
Lead the maintenance of environment readiness (HW, SW, ENA connectivity, VPN, VDI access for Vendor and internal teams).
Completion of all connections to all non-core and/or legacy components identified for the RLSO Maintenance and Support requirements.
Provide technical expertise in the release and deployment management, change management, problem and incident management, service level management, and service transition from project team to operations team and related processes on-going
Provide Technical expertise in the management of changes from agreed scope, schedule or quality for infrastructure, network, and access updates through Change request process – provide technical assistance in the issuance of change requests and management approvals
Provide technical expertise in the preparation and follow up on Change requests (CR’s/ PCR’s) and Change Request (CRQ’s) to manage RLSO changes.
Provide technical expertise in Code drops planning and management during project execution and stabilization period, CRQs, Implementation, Application Promotion plans and schedules, approvals, approval forms based on Project Schedule
Providing input for CR’s preparation by the vendor and ensure the readiness of requested changes
Technical oversight of code/package drops and implementations into QA/UAT/Production Environments
Provide Technical expertise and necessary activities in the management of the Hardware and Software Inventory to optimize the Azure hosting costs,(such as physical and virtual servers, network assets, software licenses)
Provide technical expertise and execution of Software media preparation (licenses, renewals, media storage etc.)
Provide technical expertise in the management and execution of software license renewals; initiation of the process, engagement of OPS partners to obtain information required for procurement, support.
Proactively identify risks related to RLSO technical solutions and propose mitigation plans. Provide technical expertise in the follow ups on risk mitigations strategy and issues/ actions execution
Provide technical expertise in the completion of client-side elements of the solution, such as desktop package certification and installation and peripherals acquisition and setup

Senior Experience in supporting large applications through LTC/ITS, Oracle and Microsoft organization
Knowledge of GO-ITS 25 Security Standards and GO-ITS 56 Architecture Standards.
Knowledge of leading-edge technologies design criteria, security and recovery procedures, preparation of technical specifications for installation, testing and performance of integrated, multi-services systems; assess performance and capacity of existing system making recommendations for improving performance and develop technical documentation.
Basic knowledge of project management methodology (e.g. PMBOK), analytical tools and processes.
Conceptual and analytical skills to assess and evaluate client needs and cost/benefit analyses for new technology requirements in planning and designing solutions.
Senior Experience with systems evaluation to assess condition, technical performance and capacity of existing systems and determine need and feasibility of expansion, renovation or replacement.
Senior experience from various areas of Service Management, such as Release and Deployment Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Availability Management, Capacity Management, Problem and Incident Management, Service Level Management
A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
Experience supporting solution developed using technologies such as, Oracle/Siebel/BPM/OCH/ORPOS and BIP stack
Knowledge and experience with OPS gating and architecture checkpoint process,, OPS security processes and procedures (TRA, PCI), and performance turning and analysis.
Understanding of Siebel Application Architecture, hands on Siebel Administration, Siebel development environment setup, Web Services and workflows design, hands on Siebel Remote Client
Knowledge of, and experienced with the following computing environments:
Database: Oracle
CRM: Oracle Siebel, Siebel Public Sector, Siebel Tools, Siebel Remote Client, Open UI, BIP, OPA

Operating Platforms: Unix (Solaris, AIX)
