Are you a seasoned testing professional looking to take your career to the next level? As a Senior Test Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the quality of our software development process. You’ll lead the design of comprehensive test strategies, plans, and procedures that ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design of test strategy, plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures for testing
- Coordinate the test strategy and plans with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Write and review test strategies and policies that guide project and organizational testing efforts.
- Contribute the testing perspective to key project activities, including development and integration testing.
- Plan and execute tests while considering context, objectives, risks, and resource allocation.
- Initiate and oversee the preparation, implementation, and execution of tests, monitoring results against exit criteria.
- Adapt test planning based on results and progress, making necessary adjustments to tackle challenges.
- Introduce metrics to measure test progress and assess the quality of testing and products.
- Provide insights into the test automation strategy and roadmap for automation frameworks.
- Select and train on testing tools, ensuring all team members are equipped for success.
- Coordinate the usage and assignment of test environments among stakeholders.
- Write comprehensive test summary reports based on gathered testing data.
- Execute full lifecycle software development, ensuring well-designed and testable code.
- Create specifications and assess operational feasibility for testing processes.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and meeting project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Curam Integration Testing
- API Testing skills
- Knowledge of AODA
- Knowledge of SQL
