Development and review of experience design projects end-to-end, including user research, UX design, and service design initiatives.
Develop innovative approaches and alternative solutions to deliver high-quality, efficient services and products that meet end user and business expectations.
User Research and Analysis:
Lead the scoping, planning, and execution of primary and secondary user research, encompassing generative and evaluative research.
Develop a deep understanding and documentation of customer journeys, personas, and segmentation.
Collect and analyze user behaviors and needs through qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Service Design:
Develop and communicate design ideas through prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and other design deliverables.
Ensure that proposed service or UX designs leverage common and reusable patterns and components, meet digital service standards, and have proper approvals.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to develop a shared understanding of business and user goals.
Provide authoritative advice to executives, senior management, and individual contributors on developing and managing service and UX design.
Lead consultations with vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure full understanding of design complexity.
Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement:
Lead the adoption and implementation of performance measures and metrics, using current industry standard heuristics and protocols.
Manage processes for gathering user and stakeholder feedback on existing UX and design ideas to iterate on design.
Standards and Best Practices:
Oversee the adoption and application of experience design tools and methodologies, research and design techniques, and heuristic and design standards.
Contribute to and promote adoption of design patterns, standards, and systems.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
3-5 years’ experience with expertise in UX Design: Deep skills in interaction design, user interface design, information design, and graphic design.
3-5 years’ experience in service design activities and deliverables, including workshops, research sessions, analysis and synthesis of insights, and experience design direction.
Location: Hybrid 2-3 days onsite per week
