Responsibilities
Junior Project Control Officer support required to execute the activities associated with replacing RSA Tokens to both internal and external personnel before the current RSA Token expiration periods of January and May 2025.
- Transition all tracking materials and most current versions of documentation back to the Project Team at the end of your contract
- Return all OH provisioned equipment and hardware, access cards and tokens, and keys to desks, rooms and file and storage cabinets
- Status review of any outstanding tasks with the Project Team will be required within a week prior to the end of the agreement
- Current inventory of remaining materials will be required within 2 days of the end of the agreement
Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management; ability to maintain and track inventory across multiple worksheets
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, analysis/pivots)
- Packaging, shipping and tracking a large volume of small hardware items
- Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel (sorting, filtering, updating, tracking, etc.)
- Ability to compose, respond to, and file a large volume of email
- Ability to perform internet searches to verify address, postal code etc.
- Ability to navigate through online Vendor portals to arrange pick-up details and confirm parcel receipt
