This is an 8-month contract, which requires the talent to come into the office in downtown Toronto as required, therefore the successful candidate must be open to commuting to the office in downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans and materials to support key initiatives
• Create clear and simplified messaging using written content, visuals, and interactive elements tailored to various stakeholder groups, including the C-Suite and Board
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language to support understanding and decision-making across the organization
Qualifications
• Proficiency in graphic design with a keen eye for visual storytelling
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse stakeholders, including senior executives and the Board of Directors
• Ability to distill complex, technical information into accessible messages for both business and technical audiences
• Experience operating within both technical and business environments
• Background in data management or data risk management
• Experience in event planning and coordination
