The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, perfectly bilingual in French & English, and is looking for a PART-TIME, 6 month contract with possibility of permanency in the Ville St-Laurent area.
Advantages
-Position: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
-Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
-Salary: 25-26$/hour
-6 Month contract with possibility of permanency
-4 day work week (Monday to Thursday)
-Part-time, 28 hours per week with 1 hour lunch break
-9:00am to 5:00pm schedule in office with free parking available
Responsibilities
-Coordinate daily office activities
-Meet/greet visitors and direct accordingly
-Handle opening and distributing the mail for the office
-Assisting in maintaining conference rooms & ordering catering food/beverages for the meetings when needed
-Attend the meetings and taking meeting minutes
(fast note skills an asset)
-Produce a variety of reports/letters/contracts
-Maintain all files for the office
-Helping support document maintenance: copying/duplicating in preparing for meetings
-Preparing data in support of the meetings
-Other tasks as needed
Qualifications
-Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook
-Perfectly bilingual in English and French
-Experience in taking meeting minutes
-Organizational skills and detail-oriented
-Comfortable working independently
-Personable
