-Flexible hours: 8-4 pm, 8:30- 4:30 pm, 9-5:00 pm

Responsibilities
- Provide the welcome to all visitors, issue badges, complete visitor logs, Covid forms and inform FCT staff to accompany their designated clients or visitors or direct them to the meeting room
- Operate switchboard, handle general telephone inquiries and pass on messages to FCT staff
- Receive and sign for deliveries and inform addressees
- Respond to facilities queries and requests from staff and direct them to facilities team
- Respond to internal inquiries for meeting rooms and arrange bookings
- Accessing FAMIS system to direct, sort, enter and close work orders
- Assist with facilities invoices submission, processing and recording
Handling office supplies approvals and ordering
Assisting with mail room as requested
Qualifications
- Demonstrate experience in a customer facing role, with a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of using Microsoft office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both orally and written
- Excellent administrative skills, process driven with high attention to detail
- Organized approach to work and time management
- Self-motivated with willing to do attitude and professionalism
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player and proactive communicator
- Awareness of H& S policy and practice.
