Responsibilities
The temporary bilingual receptioniste responsabilities will be:
- Act as receptionist, greet clients and schedule appointments;
- Process documents related to daily activities;
- Print and assemble final financial statement and corporate tax documents;
- Print and assemble final personal tax documents;
- Act as liaison between accountants and clients;
- Update client information databases.
Qualifications
The temporary bilingual receptionist must have:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in reception and administration;
- Bilingual (French and English) – both languages must be well mastered in order to respond to English-speaking customers;
- Ability to effectively manage changes and multiple priorities in an environment where the pace of work is sustained for certain periods of the year.
- Customer service;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software required;
- Initiative, resourcefulness and team spirit.
