Responsibilities
•Oversee Cyber Security projects and initiatives focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) that typically involve multiple systems, processes, and stakeholders at various levels within the cyber division and across several IT portfolios, including the overall scope, schedule, and deliverables by applying project management methodologies for planning, Agile principles, reporting, change control and risk management.
•Develop and present project proposals, implementation plans, status reports and change and risk logs.
•Prioritize and coordinate work to achieve project objectives, and ensuring the collaboration or other teams, as required.
•Assist team with change requests and risk mitigation plans.
•Align success measures to track adoption and transformation progress.
•Coordinate the input, support and communication with all functional areas that affect requirements related to project scope, business value, risk, and resources.
•Develop and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and business partners to ensure understanding of client needs and support effective resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
•Collaborate proactively with other teams to coordinate interdependencies and optimize flow for delivery and operational teams.
•Assist employees with Agile and project management practices and methodologies.
•Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning retrospective meetings and backlog management to provide guidance to the delivery team to identify and prioritize deliverables.
•Provide regular updates on progress and value delivery to IAM management and/or the sponsor/client.
•Ensure all project deliverables are completed including all related documentations and processes.
•Other activities and deliverable, as required.
Qualifications
The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:
•University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, or business administration
•A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in the field of information security and IT
•A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Management Specialist in overseeing medium-to-large implementation projects and project team for the definition and implementation of cyber security solutions in a complex environment.
•Strong demonstrated business acumen, including the ability to identify and communicate value and translate business needs into project objectives
•Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise documents for a technical and non-technical audience
•Demonstrated experience in facilitation and problem resolution
•Demonstrated experience in establishing effective and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders
•Solid analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and judgments ability to think conceptually
•Experience in facilitating workshops and presentations to the program team and clients, including senior stakeholders

•PMP Certification
•Certified Agile Leader
•Kanban Management Professional (KMP)
•Demonstrated experience in within Cyber and IAM domain.
•Demonstrated experience working with project teams of project management methodologies and approach.
•Effective verbal and written communication skills, particularly in writing clear, concise documents. Including effective communication and persuasive facilitations skills with ability to present to senior leadership and secure additional support when needed
