Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: engaging executive sponsors and stakeholders; establishing project oversight; providing ongoing communication to stakeholders; responding to inquiries and escalating concerns; advising on best practices in project management; applying organizational change management principles; communicating project status to executives; collaborating on resource allocation; managing customer experience/stakeholder implications; building consensus and relationships; leading project teams; delivering project outcomes aligned with objectives; proactively identifying and tracking project risks and developing mitigation plans; adhering to enterprise project gating and governance controls; creating detailed project status reports; managing the project management process and deliverables; abiding by enterprise project methodology; ensuring production of necessary documentation; investigating and escalating project issues; overseeing project scope; monitoring project health; developing innovative solutions; identifying project dependencies and risks; building momentum among teams and stakeholders; executing project deliverables within budget; developing, monitoring, and tracking project plans; monitoring and controlling work related to deliverables; championing project governance; owning accurate reporting of project financials; generating cost estimates; managing assigned budget; providing monthly financial reporting; assisting with program/portfolio financial reporting; facilitating financial planning; providing project reporting; identifying and escalating financial discrepancies; managing resource and capacity; ensuring project benefits realization; supporting vendor management and strategic sourcing; partnering with vendors; working closely with finance and key stakeholders for monthly reporting; ensuring adherence to spending approval policies; closing project spending accounts.
Qualifications
Must have: Real estate experience, project management experience, delivery experience, experience working with internal groups, vendor management experience.Nice to have: Banking experience, wealth experience, enterprise experience.
