We have an exciting opportunity for an Project Administrator, looking to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Our client is located just outside of downtown Victoria, on main transit routes, and is in the GIS and environmental information industry.
The role is full time, permanent, with regular hours from Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Provide administrative duties, including but not limited to being first contact via phone, email and in person, facilities management (office supplies, kitchen management, vehicle upkeep and the like) and other typical administrative tasks.
- General Bookkeeping duties including but not limited to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Providing support to the Controller and CEO as required, including but not limited to ensuring time entry is complete weekly, data entry, account reconciliations, preparing staff expenses report, petty cash and filing;
- Arrange events such as Lunch and Learn, office functions, holiday parties and the like;
Contacting individuals responsible for the reports if not uploaded. Send confirmation email to President;
- Managing all of hospitality requirements (e.g., organizing lunches, hotels, travel)
- Providing support for clients while in Victoria
- Booking reservations and property management.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as an administrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Has a valid BC Drivers Licence
- Has Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
- Able to work independently and multi-task
- Personable, team player
