Responsibilities
-Oversee three shift production team including scheduling, QA/QC, health and safety
-Develop and coach employees
-Implement continuous improvement, design and develop SOPS to streamline efficiency
-Conduct audits to ensure GMP guidelines are being followed
-Coordinate new product batching and troubleshooting
-Duties as otherwise assigned
Qualifications
-At least 3 years in a supervisory position
-Previous experience in compounding/batching
-Experience with GMPs, SOPS and continuous improvement
-Basic computer skills
