We are seeking a Manager, Digital Health Partnerships & Platform Strategy to join our client's team. This position will drive the expansion and evolution of our client's Digital Health Platform. This is a 12-month contract which requires the talent work on a hybrid basis 3 days per week at our client's office in either Waterloo, or Toronto.

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities (Individual Contribution – 60%)
• Lead Health Platform Partnership Initiatives (50%) – Drive strategic digital health partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering value-driven integrations.
• Manage Partner Relationships (10%) – Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners, facilitating seamless collaboration and service integration.
Collaborative Responsibilities (40%)
• Strategic Roadmap Planning (20%) – Work with internal stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute the digital health partnership strategy.
• Platform Integration & Development (20%) – Oversee the continuous improvement of our Digital Health Platform, ensuring scalability, user-friendliness, and alignment with business goals.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of new digital health partnerships.
• Define and implement platform integration initiatives based on business impact and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to drive cross-functional platform service strategies.
• Develop and execute detailed implementation plans across enterprise-wide teams and external partners.
• Provide thought leadership on market trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities within the health ecosystem.
• Ensure an exceptional digital customer experience through data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of experience in digital product partnerships, platform development, integrations, or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of platform services, integrations, and architecture with proven experience in scaling solutions.
• Strong financial and business acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to present to senior leadership and drive strategic discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to evolving business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) is a plus.
• An MBA or business-oriented education is highly desirable.
• A background in engineering is preferred.
