Schedule : 7:30 AM - 4 PM, M-F

Responsibilities
- Technical Training & Support: Empower our Manufacturing team with the knowledge they need for successful product releases.
- Rigorous Testing & Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections and testing on prototype builds, meticulously documenting any issues.
- Failure Analysis & Repair: Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, ensuring product reliability.
- Final Assembly & Shipping: Prepare and ship finished products with precision.
- Material Handling: Manage materials efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes
Qualifications
We're Looking For You If You Have:
- 2-5 years of experience as an NPI Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical aptitude: Ability to read schematics and interpret test data.
- Proficiency in electronic test equipment: Including multimeters and other relevant tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills: You love to solve complex problems.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills: You are very organized.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean principles.
