Job title: Product Data Coordinator
Location: Vaudreuil-Dorion
The incumbent is responsible for creating and maintaining up-to-date formulas and codes for our products in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and for the ongoing maintenance of the database for the group. On a daily basis, he/she collects all the specifications required to process requests for the creation or modification of current formulas, and ensures that a record is kept in the specific files used for this purpose.

Responsibilities
-Gather all the information required to create or modify formulas and product base codes in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software with the help of specification sheets
-Create raw material codes, basic codes and product item codes in ERP software on a daily basis
-Review and make relevant changes to the formula and code database in collaboration with the R&D department
-Create new formulas and codes and obtain R&D department approval
-Keep all requests for creation and modification of formulas and codes in the appropriate files used by the Estimation department for future reference
-Update basic templates and obtain approval from the Finance department
-Create or modify basic templates for new forms or codes
-Participate in and take charge of the preparation of bids in collaboration with the estimator
-Perform any other tasks required by his/her immediate superior.
Qualifications
-Fluency in French and English (oral and written)
-College diploma (DEC) or technical diploma in administration. University degree an asset. Any experience deemed equivalent will be considered
-Two years' experience in the packaging sector or in any other manufacturing sector is an asset
-Experience with ERP software
-Good knowledge of MS Office suite tools (Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams)
-Good analytical reasoning and facility with mathematics
-Rigor and attention to detail;
-Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
-Ability to learn in a production environment
