Responsibilities
Plan resources to ensure activities are completed on schedule.
Closely monitor workloads.
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues.
Ensure compliance and integrity of information;
Review and approve payroll data prior to final submission.
Ensure compliance with laws and internal controls by all parties involved.
Ensure year-end processing, production of tax slips and various annual declarations.
Ensure process improvement
Assist in the production of various management reports.
Participate in the preparation of the annual audit file.
Participate in special projects.
Support team members and assist them in their development.
Qualifications
ACP certification or academic degree relevant to payroll (an asset)
5 to 10 years' experience in a similar position
Experience working with SAP and UKG or other ERP systems (an asset)
Proficiency in Excel
Bilingual (an asset)
