Complete payroll cycle management for US employees in 3 states
Process employee file openings and closings in payroll processing software
Update employees' personal time banks
Manage employee insurance program and pension fund (401K)
Respond to employee human resources requests
Produce requested reports
Qualifications
The payroll specialist you're looking for:
Over 5 years' experience in payroll processing
including 3-5 years in U.S. payroll processing
Advanced knowledge of English and basic knowledge of French
Basic knowledge of Excel
Have worked with some payroll software
