Support the Credit Card Operations team by managing all intake requests for commercial Visa cards and staff credit cards.
Perform clerical tasks such as opening credit card accounts, maintaining account records, and ensuring accurate data entry.
Work with TD Aeroplan and other internal systems to handle credit card maintenance tasks efficiently.
Contribute to the department’s success by demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
Collaborate with team members to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure a high level of performance.
