Position: Operations Officer
Shift: 25-30 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm (rotational shift schedule required)
Location: Montreal (in-office 2 days/week: Wednesday & Thursday)

Responsibilities
The Operations Officer will be responsible for:
Managing inbound calls from employees, government agencies, and merchants.
Addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
Resolving complaints with composure and finding solutions.
Collaborating with team members to ensure exceptional caller experience.
Meeting performance targets, including call handling time and caller satisfaction.
Staying informed on the latest product knowledge and procedures.
Confirming requests and ensuring strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
Bilingualism (English and French) – read, write, speak.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in both French and English.
Active listening skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
Customer service experience (high-volume/retail customer facing).
Resourcefulness, information-seeking abilities, effective tool utilization, inquisitiveness, and strong problem-solving skills.
Post-secondary education or equivalent.
Call Centre or customer service experience in banking, real estate, law, or government is considered an asset.
Candidates with a history of multiple short-term positions will not be considered.
