Follow established instructions for data classification and retention to ensure compliance with company standards.
Data Remediation: Take specific actions to remediate data by reviewing and acting on information stored across multiple shared drives.
High-Level Data Analysis: Conduct analysis to determine which documents should be retained and which should be disposed of based on retention policies.
Data Classification Implementation: Implement and maintain proper data classification processes to manage documents effectively.
Daily Data Management: Regularly work on shared drives to organize and manage large datasets, ensuring all information is accurate and secure.
Confidentiality & Risk Mitigation: Handle customer and internal data with the utmost care, adhering to confidentiality protocols and mitigating risk by ensuring proper data management.
Performance Targets: Meet individual performance deliverables, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Team Collaboration: Work with a team of professionals to improve data management practices, ensure compliance, and meet operational objectives.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, particularly in the areas of data handling and risk management.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
Proficiency in Excel: Strong skills in Excel, including handling large datasets, performing basic analysis, and creating spreadsheets.
Data Entry Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data entry, preferably within a banking or financial services environment.
Banking Experience: Familiarity with banking operations, especially in areas involving customer information and data management.
Confidentiality Awareness: Experience working with confidential or sensitive customer information and a solid understanding of the importance of data security and privacy.
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service, where the handling of sensitive or confidential information was key.
Meeting SLAs: Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Nice-to-Have:
Risk Management Experience: Prior experience or knowledge in risk management practices, particularly related to data management or information security.
Post-Secondary Education: Degree or certification in a related field (e.g., Information Management, Business Administration, Finance).
