Customer focused: Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.Address and resolve customer problems using established procedures and escalate when necessary and ensure that all processes, inquiries, and transactions meet service level goals.
Shareholder driven duties: Act as a subject matter expert within your area, offering guidance to partners as needed.
Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and within established standards.
Actively participate in daily work distribution and team touchpoints.
Contribute to audits by following audit and process guidelines.
Identify areas of risk and escalate concerns as necessary.
Operational Duties: Suggest and participate in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Understand and apply bank/service center operating policies and procedures.
Demonstrate adaptability to change and adopt new processes and technology improvements as needed.
Maintain due diligence to ensure the accuracy of all transactions.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
Operations Experience: Demonstrated experience in operational roles, with a strong ability to manage and process tasks efficiently and accurately.
Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook for managing data, communications, and operations.
Back-Office Experience: Proven back-office experience with a focus on transactional accuracy and supporting operational goals.
Nice-to-Have:
Coding Experience: Experience with coding or automation tools to streamline and improve operational efficiency.
Banking Experience: Previous experience in the banking sector, which provides familiarity with banking procedures and protocols.
Financial Institution (FI) Experience: Experience working within financial institutions, allowing for a deeper understanding of financial processes and operations.
