Responsibilities
1. **Human Resources Management:** Oversee the recruitment, training and retention of staff. Manage employee relations, payroll, benefits and compliance with employment laws.
2. **Administrative Assistance:** Provide direct administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence and management of professional commitments.
3. **Operational Supervision:** Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, including managing patient flow, maintaining office records and overseeing facilities management.
4. **Financial Duties:** Assist with financial oversight, including budgeting, invoicing and accounting.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, driven, self driven attitude
- Fluent in English and French.
