Responsibilities
• Greeting and assisting clients and visitors to the office while managing telephone inquiries
• Handling and responding to email correspondence
• Drafting documents, including letters and reports
• Assisting with calendar management
• Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies, scanning, filing, and maintaining records
• Managing, processing, and reconciling bank accounts, credit card transactions, and bills
• Entering and processing company expense reports
• Maintaining files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company/group policies and accepted accounting practices
• Planning and executing office events, purchasing snacks, and occasionally coordinating attendance at local conferences
Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience as an office administrator or manager
• 1+ years of experience with small business accounting
• Computer savvy and a fast learner
• Ability to multitask, maintain a high level of organization, and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with clear and concise verbal and written communication
• Self-directed work ethic with creative problem-solving abilities
Preferred candidates will have:
• Knowledge of Google applications
• A degree or diploma in business administration or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in collaborative teamwork
