We are seeking a MMS Documentation Clerk for a full time 6 month contract opportunity with the possibility of becoming a permanent position!

-Monday- Friday (8:30 am-5:00 pm)

Responsibilities
-Providing support to clients by handling high volume inbound calls/requests for service in a friendly and professional manner
-Creating a Solicitor profile and verifying that the client is in good standing with the Law Society regulations
-Corresponding with banks and lawyers regarding pending documents for files
-Supporting all clients (banks and lawyers) with escalation and general inquiries
Complete all Post Closing follow-ups within the Internal guidelines and elevate any backlogs by the end of the day
Update MOTION with the appropriate file notes for all deals where follow-up was performed
Continuously monitor the follow-up mailbox and process confirmations and post follow-up documentation
Assist with incoming mail and final documentation when required
Meet and exceed customers’ needs and expectations, escalating all issues to the department manager
Qualifications
-*Bilingual (French)
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Experience working in a call center
-Experience working in a law firm (asset)
-Experience working in a bank (asset)
-Experience providing customer service support to clients
-Knowledge of the real estate industry
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to multi task
-Team player with a strong attention to detail
